Pacific Mini Games recap for Tuesday, December 12, 2017

The competition has been tough at this year’s Pacific Mini Games, but Fiji won’t go down without a fight.

Both the men’s and women’s teams have put in some big days on the court, today playing a total of eight games combined.

The men’s team have been playing a strong game defeating Nauru (20 – 11) and Vanuatu (17 – 8).

Unfortunately, we saw the men’s team lose to America Samoa (6 – 10) and Samoa (11 – 16) but not without a strong and determined side working their hardest to keep high on the ladder in this competition.

The women’s team had a challenging day on court being defeated by Papua New Guinea (6 – 13), Nauru (6 – 14), Vanuatu (11 – 14) and Samoa (4 – 8).

But the girls are not deterred, they are looking to take on day three with a positive perspective and a determined approach.

We're here cheering you all on. Go Team Fiji!
