2020 NBL 1 | Head Men's Coach
Sunshine Coast Phoenix warmly welcomes back our NBL1 Men’s Head Coach Vern Robateau for the inaugural 2020 NBL1 season. Sunshine Coast Phoenix has been lucky to secure Vern in this role for what’s shaping up to be a huge first NBL1 Season here at Sunshine Coast Phoenix HQ.
Vern has a long list of accomplishments under his belt including playing college ball for University of Alaska-Anchorage and playing several years of professional basketball in Belgium, Germany, Malaysia and Australia. Vern was also an assistant/development Coach for the Brisbane Bullets for over two years during which time they won a championship.
Vern is looking for early success on the court with a strong high impact squad.
