Foundation Coaching Development Program
For inexperienced coaches, SA Country offer a Foundation Coaching Development Program.
SA Country Community Officer will then conduct an induction workshop with the new community coaching team with a guide on HOW to present a foundation program and details of the associations development program.
The Foundation Coaching Team are then to conduct or be heavily involved in the rest of the terms clinics. Community Development Officer will check in with report given by coaching team.
Below you will find the outline which descibes the program in detail, coaches resource book and expression of interest template to help you get the word out to coaches wanting to be involved.
For begginer coaches starting out, it is encouraged they complete their Basketball Australia Coaching Accrediation.
