During 2008, a fundraising sub-commitee was setup to support players and the DBV board with fundraising responsabilities. This group, also known as Parents and Friends of Deaf Basketball Victoria are constantly fundraising in various ways to support the organisation and its members. The team are always stiving to think of new ideas as well as holding their annual events such as the trivia night which has always been a big success. For players who wish to attend state, national or international events, DBV have established a grant application process which enables them to some funding. There are specific requirements in order to receive funding from DBV and all the information is on the application form. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
