Autumn competition suspended effective immediately until further notice
Last night we received notification from Basketball Victoria who has made the decision to suspend all Basketball Victoria related programs and leagues effective immediately 13th March 2020 until further notice.
Cobram Amateur Basketball Association has made the decision to follow the advice of our peak body and suspend all basketball competitions and the Aussie Hoops program until further notice.
Cobram amateur Basketball Association will issue updates as they become available.
2020 Autumn Season Registration
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

All registrations must be done online and payment will be required upon registration.
Basketball victoria is now using a new online system to manage backetball called Play HQ
If you have previously used the online system, you will be require to establish a new username and password in the Play HQ database. Please take note of your registration information and keep it handy for registering in future seasons.

This will take you straight to the Cobram Basketball registration link on the new PlayHQ database.
Registration fees-:
2020 Autumn Registration Fee – all players -: $135, applicable to all junior players for the 2020 Autumn competition, this fee is selected automatically. This fee includes the cost to register with Cobram Basketball association, Insurance and registration fees with Basketball Victoria as well as the $6 a week court fees. All paid up front.
This means players will not have to bring fees to the courts each game night and team managers will no longer have to collect money before each game.
Registration
All registrations are taken online, no registrations nights will be held.
All registrations will be required by Thursday 20th February to allow teams to be arranged.
To ensure the first game night starts smoothly we intend running a meet your coach and collect your singlet night on Tuesday 25th Feb at the stadium from 6pm to 7pm. More details will follow once you have registered .
The 2020 Autumn season will start the week of the 2nd & 3rd of March, 2020.
Juniors, Intermediates & Seniors
Depending on numbers we plan to organise competitions for Under 12 and Under 14 and combined Under 16 & Under 18 played on Tuesday nights.
If numbers are great enough we may utilise Monday nights but this is dependant on numbers registering
Teams will comprise of girls and boys selected by the Committee.
All teams will require a Coach, Team Manager and Scorer. If you can assist with any of these roles please register as avaialble to do so.
Aussie Hoops
The Cobram basketball association will run an Aussie Hoops program for 5 -10 year olds to learn the game.
