Registration Information
Aussie Hoops (Ages 5-9 Years)

Players Aged 9- 18:
To register to the Barham Koondrook Junior Basketball Association for the upcoming 2019/20 Summer season, please click on the GREEN "Click Here" image on the right of this screen, and then follow the on screen instructions.
Once clicking the GREEN "Click Here" image on the right, you will be taken to the Barham Koondrook Junior Basketball Association online registration system, where you will complete the online registration form and provide payment at the end.
Please Note: You will need an active email address to complete the registration, and all payments can be made using a:
- VISA Debit Card/Credit Card
- MASTERCARD Debit Card/Credit Card
- PAYPAL
- POLIPAY
This summer season, there is PayPal and PoliPay, as well as the exisiting VISA or MasterCard options. PoliPay enables you to pay your fee's online directly from your everyday banking account! So if you don't have a Visa or Mastercard, and your not set up on PayPal, Polipay is the solution for you. To read more about PoilPay, please click here:
As we introduce this new online registration and payment system, we too are learning just as you are, so please be patient with us, and if you do encounter an issue, contact us so that we can try and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Fees For The Upcoming Season Are As Follows:
Basketball Victoria Country (BVCA Fee)
$40.58 which includes the online processing fee ($39 goes to BVC). All members will be provided with a Date Registered Until date (30/09/2019) which means you WILL NOT be required to pay the BVCA Fee again until 30/09/2019.
Barham Kondrook Junior Basketball Assocaition 2019/20 Summer Fee
$9.42 which includes the online processing fee.
To register your child, you will need an active email address to complete the registration process. This new feature is called "Email Sign On" and it will enable you to register your child in the future using the same email address. If you completed the online registration process during the 2018/19 Summer Season, please make sure you use the same email address and password that you created last time.

You will then move through the registration form completing the required information. Once you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and have clicked continue, you will go through to the payment screen where you will be required to pay the BVCA Fee of $40.58 and any association fee's that are required. All members will be required to pay the BVCA Fee online.
Your registration will not be complete until you have completed all required fields on the registration form and provided payment at the end.
ALL PLAYERS:
**Must have paid both the BVCA Fee as well as the Barham Koondrook Junior Basketball Association fee before they step on the court to play!!
SECONDARY MEMBERS:
If you are already registered with another club (eg: Kerang or Swan Hill) you will NOT need to pay the Basketball VicCountry Fee again so please use the Secondary Member option. You will need to ensure you are using the same email login for both clubs or this will not work.
