These workouts are designed for pre-season fitness. The idea is to have everyone on the team do at least 2 days of fitness on their own time in addition to the pre-season training sessions we do as a group.
On day 1, choose one of the workouts outlined under Day 1 Workouts. On day 2, choose one of the workouts outlined under Day 2 Workouts. Make sure you've had at least one day of rest between workouts.
As an additional motivating factor, the best results for each workout will be included in each section. When you do a workout, try to beat the time/reps/distance indicated! If you've beat one of the records, let Alex Filipowicz know (alsfilip@gmail.com).
