The Annual General Meeting of The Tigers AFC (Mayne) Inc will be held at the Clubhouse, 93 Mott Street, Gaythorne at 7.00 pm on Monday 23rd November, 2015, in accordance with the club’s constitution.
This is an official notice of the meeting to all members.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:
- Receive the association's financial statement for the last reportable financial year, and
- To present the statement, to the meeting for adoption; and
- Elect members of the committee.
Nominations for all positions should be received by the Secretary by Friday 20th November.
