Official Match Report
In one of the hottest days of the summer the Gargoyles took on the Hawks at the University of Toronto-Scarborough. The Gargs were able to open up lead in the first quarter, but they opened it up even further in the second quarter leading by 38 points at halftime.
Even though the Hawks were about to win the third quarter, the Gargoyles' lead was too much and they ended up winning the game by a margin of 42 points.
Best on ground went to Matty Herbert who went everywhere the ball did, Andrew Matthews who was the leading goal kicker for the Gargs, and Aiden McQuoid who was a key piece in the Gargoyles defence all day.
