17 MUMC sent off for throwing punch at FUFC 2 after being sent off.
Match abandoned due to unrest and no official Referee

Comments from MUMFC:
No official referee attended and unfortunately the referee from Forrestfield lost control of the game very early. Forrestfield were playing the man not the ball but nothing was getting called and things just escalated as the game turned physical. The incident that resulted in a card being shown to MUMFC #27 Chris Cant wasn't even witnessed by the referee but after listening to the parents on the sideline he asked the player if it happened. Of course he was honest and admitted it but the other player invloved from Forrestfield wasn't even spoken to or warned. At most it was a yellow card. All other appeals for cards against Forrestfield were ignored by the referee as 'he didn't see it'. The second half got worse and worse until #2 Tobias Bates from Forrestfield took out a MUMFC player with a 2 foot sliding tackle and then got up and punched another player in the head. That player (#17 Lochlan Neil) is currently seeking medical attention and will be filing a police report in relation to the incident. At this point the game was abandoned due to the safety of the players. Several times during the 2nd half our parents appealed to the Forrestfield coach to do something for the safety of the players but he refused. At one point the referee even approached the sideline and told us to be quiet as we begged for him to get control of the game. The end result was assault which could have easily been avoided. The Ground Marshal didn't even bother to intervene until after the assault and was surprised when he got a mouthful from the parent of Lochlan Neil. After the game we were approached in the car park by a couple of different Forrestfield parents who apologised for their team's behaviour and urged us to take the matter further. They indicated that this situation had been breweing for some time with #2 Tobias Bates and they weren't at all surprised at what happened. I have removed the card that Forrestfield recorded against #17 Lochlan Neil as we were not notified it was issued and he did not throw any punches as he was on the ground. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in junior sport and we hope Football West takes appropriate action.
