Here's some Important Information for the season ahead:
Season Start:
- Round 1: 01 - 03 May 2025
- Bye - All teams : 30 May - 1 June (WA Day)
- Bye - All Teams: 4 to 6 July and 11 to 13 July (School holidays)
- Grand Final weekend: 13-15 September
Season Finish: 14-week season. Last Round, 23 - 25 August August
Fixtures: Are released approx 1 week before start of season. You will be notified as soon as they are available.

Some year groups will only have fixtures up to Round 5, this is when a regrade of team occurs if required.

Training: The Team Manager will contact you closer to the season start with training times etc. Youth teams in Year 7 to 12 train twice a week when suitable to the coach.
Game Days: Sundays anytime from 9am to 6pm except for Year 7 and Year 8 teams which will be played on Fridays starting from 5pm. Other teams maybe fixtured on a Friday depending on oval availability.

Log in to Play HQ using the email address and password at time of registration
If your email address changes you must change it in your footy profile. You can also track your footy games & personal stats, update your communication preferences or personal details.

All guardians email addresses have been loaded into Team App by the Club. To receive notifications on your phones and use the "Chat" option, please download "Team App" to your device and search for South Mandurah JFC and request access to your team year group.
Codes of Conduct
All members have acknowledged the code of conduct at registration.
Breaches of the code will not be tolerated at our Club. If affects the game day environment and is distressing for players and other spectators. Copy of the conduct is on the Website under Season Info
Arrival times at Games
Players, Manager’s and coaches of Youth teams must arrive no less than 1 hour before game time.
Please let your Team Manager and coach know ahead of time If not playing on the weekend.
Player Formal Attire
Youth players must come dressed to games in formal attire. SMJFC Polo, SMJFC Track Jacket, Black pants, black shoes. Kit bags are available to purchase from club.
At any time a coach might decide that formal gear is not required. Some examples are early morning game at a distant far away venue, or a club that does not provide adequate change rooms. We ask when this happens that players please wear their polos to games and warm up. (can be worn on top of playing jumper)
COMPULSORY PLAYING UNIFORM
- 1. SMJFC Jumper *

- 3. SMJFC shorts **
- 4. Mouthguard
- 5. Football Boots
** Merchandise - Club Shorts and Socks are now available at the club along with other club merchandise. See website for more info
*Jumpers - are the property of SMJFC and form part of your team "kit". Jumpers are provided to fully paid players only for game days during the season. Jumpers are not to be worn at training and they are not to be put in the dryer. Any lost or damaged jumpers will be charged a fee of $60 before a replacment can be given.
Skins - (Beige/Natural, White or black Skins only are permitted under shorts no longer than thigh length)
Mouthguard - purchase through dentists (recommended) or chemists/sport shops. Mann Denture Clinic offer discount to SMJFC members.
Volunteers: - Games cannot go ahead without all roles filled each week. Please see website under "Season Info - Game Day Volunteer Roles" for more info and let your team manager know if you can help with any of the roles required.
