Coach 2003
==========

Applications/Suggestions for head coach will be open until Feb 11 (Next meeting)
A decision will be made by the end of February.  Preseason start date will be
determined by coaching staff and exec.

Coaching staff to include, Peter Gordon, Craig Stewart

Fund Raising
============

Fund raising to be handled by the social comittee this year.  They are welcome 
to include as many individuals as they see fit to successfully run a series of 
fund raising events this year.

Hockey Pool
-----------
Tim Gill has offered to run a hockey pool to raise funds for the club.  
Start with a playoff pool and then run one for the next regular season.  
Cost to be around $20 for the playoff pool.  Half the money raised to go
to club and half to the winners.

Dingo Piss
----------
Lingus has offered to make some home brew to sell at dingoes games (and
potentially other events).

Other Business
==============

Training Ground
---------------
It was agreed the training ground we use at Yonge and St Clair is not the most
suitable location for our purposes.  It was agreed to set up a committee to
search for a new training ground.

Requirements of new ground
Close to sub-way (preferably downtown)
Exclusive access for training period
Goal Posts of some sort to kick at
Plenty of space to run around!

New training ground suggestion from Craig Stewart.  

University of Toronto has a training ground downtown (Bloor and Spadina) which
we could potentially use.  U of T requires us to be affiliated with University
to use it.  This might involve changing name of the footy club to indicate
affiliation (eg Downtown Blues, Blue Heelers?).  

Beer Fund
---------
The beer fund was particuarly under expectations last year and so we have been
encouraged to make sure we don't forget to pay for the beers we take after the game.
As the money raised from this is purely for the footy trip, this year the footy
trip committee is to manage the beer fund for games this year.  This includes
ensuring enough beer is available after each game and that money is collected
from players drinking the beer.
