Rounds 1 to 4 of the Season are fixtured weekly due to grading the under age competitions.

The last 2 weeks of the season are fixtured weekly due to the need to fixture the finals competitions for the older age groups.

All participants receive a participation medal on the final round of the season.

All teams must provide a scorer over the age of 14
