The youngest of the infamous Wellsy Brothers, Spider joined the club as a 19-year-old in 2005 and has played every summer since, making the OAFL All-Star squad and winning the Dingos Canadian Best & Fairest in 2010.
Typically roaming across the halfforward line, Spider uses his long length to present a great target and has kicked 23 goals in his career. Coming back after a knee injury in 2011, Spider has continued to be a key Canadian component of the Dingos' play and will pass 100 games for the club at the start of the 2016 season, putting him in some elite company.
Off the field, Spider has grown into a leadership role, serving on the Exec as Secretary/Communications Director/Social Media Maven for 5+ years as well as helping to organize multiple social events throughout the year.
