NORTH BUNDABERG EAGLES FOOTBALL CLUB
North Bundaberg was founded in 1970 as Eagles Soccer club, due to one team breaking away from
Corinthians (now Alloway) and establishing itself as an independent club on the north side of the river.
Eagles Soccer club commenced training at Martens Oval and moved to their own grounds, Farthing Park,
around 1975. The club continued to grow in player numbers culminating a small clubhouse being built in 1984.
It has been proudly playing football in the red, white and black for the last 42 years. These colours were
chosen as they are the same as the great club Manchester United.
They continue with their long tradition of developing talented junior and senior teams in the Football
Bundaberg competitions.
