Winter 2019 Season Fees Information

Season Fees & Information

All players registering for the Winter 2019 Season will need to register online to secure your spot with the club. The registration link will be only available by contacting us via hoppersbc@hotmail.com.

A $105.00 membership fee (deducted from the full fee) is required during the online registration process, all players will received confirmation of their registration and payment deadlines prior to the commencement of the Winter 2019 season.

Further information is provided in the club Fees Policy.

Note to all members: No payments, no games. As per the WBA By-laws non financial players will not be entitled to take the courts, until payments have been made.

Fees for Winter 2019 season are:

$210.00 per child - Full Membership Fee (all player playing in second teams are required to pay the full membership fee). 

$105.00 per child - Family discounts for 4th child and subsequent children

$105.00 per child - Coaches Discount

$160.00 per child - Club volunteers (such as Team Managers and Committee members) will be entitled to the club discount. 

Payment deadline information will be send out to parents during the school holidays via email.

Parents requiring a payment plan can do so through emailing the club at hoppersbc@hotmail.com. The payment plan will consist of three payments. Other flexible options may be granted for extreme circumstances.

Club Apparel 

Full Uniform Set - $80.00 

Uniform Top only - $55.00

Uniform shorts only - $25.00

Warm-up tops (customised per order) - $35.00

Hoodies - $50.00 (curently on sale for $25.00 - Summer 2019 special)

 

Payment Methods:

Option 1. (Preferred)

Registration payment of $105.00 made via the online registration sign-up with the balance being invoiced by the club.

Option 2.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Bank Deposits. It is crucial that you include correct details as per the example below, to ensure that we process the payment to the correct player.

Details required are: Player Surname, age group and gender. eg. SMITH U14G (Smith, U14, Girls)

Club Membership Fees

Membership fees are collected twice a year at the commencement of the Summer (October - March) and Winter (April - September) season's.

The Club Membership Fee covers:

  • Weekly game fee for every competition round of a season (up to 18 regular games per season)
  • Weekly court hire fee for training sessions held in local school gymnasium's
  • Player's insurance as per Basketball Victoria's policies
  • Club adminstrative expenses, events and annual player awards (i.e. milestones / life members)
  • Merchanet transaction fees for online payments

Club Membership Fees do not cover patrons fees for entering Eagle Stadium for training and/or games.
