Balfe Park Is Up and Running

The newly renovated Balfe Park Change Rooms were officially launched on Wednesday 29 March 2017 by Jane Garrett the local MP for Brunswick along with the Mayor of Moreland.

And yesterday the ground hosted its first official matches for many years with a set of four Mini-Roos matches enjoying the new facilitis and fine weather.

Funds for the upgrade have come from the State Government, Moreland Council, the Commonwealth Government and Brunswick Zebras FC.

As well as thanks to the funding agencies the club would like to express its appreciation to the tradies associated with the club who have done a great job fitting out the kitchen/canteen at special rates.

The club is now lobbying Council and State Government for more facilities (such as lighting and upgraded ground surfaces) and better access to Council facilities (such as the Clifton Park synthetic).
