2017 Short Courses – Expression of Interest

TDT are looking at offering training in the following areas in 2017 and are seeking expressions of interest to determine if this training will go ahead. Courses being considered include: 

• Investigating the processes in obtaining your L’s
• Learner Driver Training & Driver Education
• Sharing the Road – a short course designed to increase the awareness of car drivers on other road users – in particular heavy vehicle transport operators - assists in building skills and confidence driving in and amongst heavy vehicle and traffic conditions -  It can be daunting to know when or if you should overtake a multi combination truck for example – our trainers will provide excellent training which will also mean you get to go for a drive with the trainer in our multi combination so you can see what you as the car driver look like from their perspective. Course on teaching respect and eliminating fear
• Small Engines Course
• Pre-Apprenticeship / Traineeship Course – focused on safety, problem solving covering off the unit of competency -  RIISAM203B - Use hand and power tools – an employability must in any trade based opportunity.
