3 wins from 5 outings for the tigers this weekend. Our Netball girls returned to the court with a win and a loss. Our section five girls going down by a couple of goals in an extremely high standard game and our section 6 girls had another win to keep their winning streak intact. Under 19s had a come from behind victory to snatch a 4-point win over Lilydale, our reserves recorded a thumping 100-point win over Montrose. Seniors had every opportunity early but failed to hiy the score board and when the game was online in the last couldn’t go with the demons in a disappointing result. BIG THANK YOU to the Montrose footy club for their hospitality, The demons do it well up there at the bottom of the mountain and their club rooms are as good as any in the competition – Good luck for the rest of the season. Don’t Forget to check back later in the week for some great photos of the action from our resident photographers Debbie Stingell and Graham Bradkte and head to the website @ www.mitchamfc.com for the coaches reports
Under 19's Coaches Report
It would appear that we were not ready for the pressure that was applied by our Lilydale opponents, starting the game by kicking 6 behinds through a lack of awareness and composure. The Lilydale team really took it up to us across the entire game, but to the credit of our boys, a few positional changes, the right attitude and the strength of character across our entire group we were able to grind out a very hard fought win. Our challenge continues in trying to deliver a consistent 4 quarter effort.

Reserves Coaches Report
After last week playing not at our best we focussed on a delivering a 4 qtr performance, our effort and purpose from the start was there as we kicked 5 goals to 1 in the first, the 2nd was again similar as we went into halftime with a 10 goal lead. Importantly we needed to show that we can continue on with a sustained effort and the boys did as we ran away with the game to post our biggest win of the year. To achieve this you need contribution from all, every line was super and the energy across the group was a highlight all day, Louie was back into some great form booting 7 and Josh Phillips 6 took his chances, the back 6 defensively was strong all day and really drove our attacking game each quarter. Great to see our supporters once again after the lockdown, we always travel well and we appreciate the support.

Senior Coaches Report
This week we travelled out to Montrose in what was a must win game for us. Our intensity around the footy was good early and we had control of the play but we were unable to hit the scoreboard which would become the trend of the day for us.
Poor skill execution plagued us throughout the day and our inability to nail our shots at goal had us languishing at 1.8 during the 3rd quarter. We were finally able to convert some shots at goal and reduced the margin to 1 point early in the last quarter but were unable to go on with the job coming away with a disappointing loss. Well done to Lachlan Rudd for playing his 150th game for the club which is a fantastic achievement. Thanks to everyone who braved the cold conditions, we look forward to finally seeing everyone back at Walker Park next week.
