Round 7 Footy Report
Last round we played the Sea Lake Nandaly Tigers at home. In the Seniors a tight opening term signalled the way the game would be played.

Round 6 Footy Report
Last Saturday we headed down the road to take on Wedderburn coming off the interleague break. The Seniors welcomed back Ben Walklate for his first game for 2018 after the birth of his 3rd Child, Ella.

Round 5 Footy Report
The 3rd placed Saints travelled to Charlton Park last Saturday in windy but dry conditions. Both sides turned the footy over in the first term and scores were deadlocked at 1.1 apiece.

Last week we took on the Demons at Wycheproof. It was a tight tussle in the opening term and the intensity and tackle count from our boys was right up there.

Round 3 Footy Report
Last Saturday, we played Birchip Watchem FC at home. In the seniors we acquitted ourselves well early with Ryan Wellington again giving us a good focal point up forward. He finished the day with 6 goals.

Round 2 Footy Report
Round 2 saw Donald travel to Charlton. The opening term of the Seniors saw a see-sawing affair with both sides getting plenty of ball and opportunities.

Round 1 Footy Report
Round 1 saw us head over to the Oasis of the North, Boort for a twilight fixture. The Seniors played a competitive and tight opening term under lights. The intensity was apparent with both sides attacking hard.

CFC 2018 Pre-Season News
The Charlton FC is gearing up for a new season of NCFL Footy in 2018. The first official match kicks off on April 14 with a twilight game scheduled against the Boort FC under lights at Boort.

2017 Woosang Challenge
Tomorrow Charlton heads over to Wedderburn for the Woosang Challenge. A great iniative set up by Terry Fitzpatrick and Roger Paterson, the Woosang Challenge acknowledges the history of the Woosang FC and the many Charlton and Wedderburn people who hold an association with the club.

CFC Blues Bonanza is back for 2017! How does it work? See a CFC Committee Member for a $100 ticket in the Blues Bonanza. Each home game you go in the draw for a chance to win $250, $150 or $100. PLUS you go in the end of season draw to win $1000. First draw Saturday 29th April after the home game against Donald. There will be two draws this night to make up for round 1.

CFC 2nd Semi Final Footy Wrap
Last Saturday, the BWFNHC hosted the 2nd semi final. Thanks to the Bulls for putting on a good day of finals sport. Football wise we had three sides compete on the day with our under 16’s playing St Arnaud, Reserves taking on Donald and Seniors played Wycheproof Narraport. Our Senior boys booked a spot in the Grand Final with a hard fought 11 point win over the Demons.

Saturday 20th August. CFC v Birchip Watchem FC. This is the last home game for the season. On this day the club is celebrating 50 years since the 1966 Premiership. Ron Field has done a great job organising this reunion. The club would also like to invite all past players from any era, Partners and Families on this day for a catch up at Charlton Park and help cheer on the Navy Blues!

Last Saturday we played Birchip Watchem and the football sides were able to come home with two victories from the four games played. The Seniors got jumped early by a Bulls outfit who were red hot from the first bounce. The Bulls kicked five goals to one in the opening term, forcing the Navy Blues to play catch up footy for the rest of the game.

Charlton Park 2020 Media Release
In July of 2015, Charlton Park 2020 will celebrate 9 years of service to the Charlton community, working towards the construction of the new Multi-purpose facility at Charlton Park.
The current committee are holding a function at Charlton Park on Wednesday July 15th at 7.30 pm to update the community and user groups on the current state of the project.

The CFC made it two wins from our four games yesterday with the Seniors and Under 16’s able to both secure vital wins. The Seniors started well against the Royal Blues with Luke Kyriakides finding plenty of the ball early in his first game in over a month.

Charlton FC results v Boort 30/5/15
An eleven goal second term has helped Charlton set up a 130 point win over Boort at Charlton Park on Saturday. Boort were more than competitive early but the Navy Blues put the foot down after quarter time to record a comfortable victory. Joe McGrath kicked seven goals, Rhys Thompson six (five of which came in the second term) and Mark Vigus had a solid game and finished with three goals.

A big weekend of Footy, Netball and Hockey coming up this Saturday the 30th May. The action takes place at Charlton Park as it's a home game against the Boort Magpies. In senior footy the boys have a massive must win game to stay in the four. The young Boort side are hungry to take a scalp so the Navy Blues must be on their game.

The Charlton FC Seniors held on by 17 points against a determined Saints outfit at Charlton Park on Saturday. It was a gutsy, fighting win by the Navy Blues. McGrath kicked 7 goals and players like McIntyre, McGurk and Moloney stood up and contributed well to the win. All the days football results here-

CHARLTON FC ROUND 1 2015 RESULTS V WEDDERBURN AT DONALDSON PARK.
SENIORS. The boys never quite got their dangerous run and carry game going, and regular turnovers of the footy saw Wedderburn make the Navy Blues pay. Mark Vigus kicked a couple while Luke Kyriakides battled hard all day. Tom Finlay has sustained an injury to his right knee in a cruel blow to the young man. The side will re-load and supporters can expect to see a vast improvement in Round 2.

Charlton FC AGM October 2014
Charlton Football Club held its 2014 Annual General Meeting at its clubrooms on Tuesday 21st October.
The AGM saw Shane Fitzpatrick accepting the nomination for incoming President and being duly appointed unopposed.
