The Avoca Netballers will be playing practice matches against Natte Bealiba at Avoca on Sunday in all grades of netball.
After revising the affiliations of clubs in each age group, the MCDFNL along with a number of Junior delegates have been able to revise the 2012 Junior fixtures to ensure each side is playing the maximum amount of games throughout the season.
The Bendigo Bank Maryborough Castlemaine District FNL season kicks off this weekend with an Easter Saturday game between the Maldon FNC and the Campbells Creek FNC, taking place at Woodfull Reserve Maldon this Saturday 7th April. The match will be played to coincide with the Maldon Easter Fair, and as “stand alone” game that is being played 2 weeks prior to the other fixtures kicking off, the match is sure to draw a huge crowd and give MCDFNL supporters a taste of what's to be expected during the 2012 season.
Due to the outstanding success of last year's Father v Son's football match, the club will be holding another game this season.
This is early notice, so put the 17th June in your diary for the match to take place.
This is the Sunday after the Natte game.
The game will commence at 11am and will be followed by a BBQ Lunch.

This Saturday's practice match against Rovers will be a six quarter Senior/Reserves game.
The game commences at 12.30pm.
Unfortunately, There is no junior football games and also no netball games.
Auskick will be commencing on Thursday 19th April commencing at 4.15pm to 5.15pm.
Auskick will be held every Thursday evening until the 28th June.
Except for the 24th May. There will be no Auskick on this date.
Auskick registration fee is $55.00 which includes a pack of goodies.

The Avoca Football Netball Club will be holding a Christmas Break Up at the Avoca Public Park on Monday 19th December.
Football Training for all players including Juniors if they wish to attend will commence at 6pm.
A BBQ Tea will then follow training at which our netballers and all supporters are most welcome to attend.
