-          Email to Sutherland Association re Harry and Mary playing even though they are under the game requirements

Balance as of the meeting is $6546.44

Money to go out:

-          Term 1 Gym Fees will be $1386

Money to come in:  

-     $1050 for Juniors outstanding Club Fees

-          $225 for Seniors outstanding Club Fees

2 Senior Teams – 1 Women’s and 1 Men’s

Total Junior Players Registered : 53

Total Senior Players Registered: 14

Team Nominations for the Winter Comp will soon be available. Need to send an email to Managers about Winter Comp and Team Players availability.

Online Club Fee Payment is working reasonably well although 30 players are yet to pay.

 

General Business:

Training

• Kids missing from each of the ages that may impact our hire.
• Wednesday is a temporary booking based on a term to term hire
• Re-assess at the end of Term 1 whether Wednesday is viable.
• Promotion for Learn to Play (Term 2 @ 4pm). Do it as a Letterbox drop as well as on our Social Media.

Injury Report

• Sam Merchant (Jiants) – torn tendon out for a total of 5 weeks back 10^th March

 

Advertising

• Possibility of letter drop for advertising – 1000 quantity and get some of the older players to letterbox drop. Como, Jannali, Georges River, Gymea

 

Team/Player Information

• Some players not wearing their Jannali Shorts. Email to be sent to team managers.
• 4 Jaguars (U14) trialled for Cronulla PSSA Zone Basketball (Tim, Kade, Antony and Jason) and 2 were successful in making the team – Antony Holt and Jason Greene.

Presentation Day

• Held over to next meeting.
• AGM to be held at Term 3 – possible reduction in fees for new members to take on committee positions.
