We are still looking for a new Overall Canteen Manager and a Wellington Reserve Canteen Manager!
These are very important roles as monies generated from the canteens contribute significantly to help the club keep costs down and provide a quality experience for our players.
The roles are ideal for someone who is looking to earn a little extra money, is reliable and available every Sunday of the season, and is willing to get or already has a Working With Children’s Check and a Food Handling Certificate.
The Overall Canteen Manager role encompasses purchasing and management of stock for our two canteens (Columbia Park & Wellington Reserve) and running the canteen at Columbia Park on match days, with help from parent volunteers. The position requires an average of 8 hours each Sunday throughout the season (17 weeks including finals) plus the time required for purchasing and stocking canteen(s).
The Wellington Reserve Canteen role encompasses running the canteen at Wellington Reserve on match days, with help from parent volunteers. The number of hours required varies (depending upon the fixture) but is typically between 4 and 8 hours each Sunday throughout the season (15 weeks).
