The club is looking for a member to volunteer to take on the important role of Merchandise Co-ordinator for the 2020 season. The Merchandise Co-ordinator is responsible for overseeing the sales, stock levels and purchasing of club uniform and apparel.
The role has the following primary duties and responsibilities:
- Liaising with both SMJFL suppliers of team uniform and club’s preferred suppliers for club apparel, re purchase and delivery of items
- Maintaining an appropriate stock of shorts, socks and apparel to ensure orders can be filled promptly.
- Managing the sales of club uniform and apparel at Registration day and training sessions prior to and during the early part of the season.
- Arrange the display of clothing lines and merchandise items in the Club social room prior to the commencement of & during the season
- Liaising with the Newsletter &Media Coordinators to promote club apparel to members & supporters.
