2017 TSS SUNS SUMMER LEAGUE REGISTRATION

 Thank you for your interest in playing Summer Competition representing TSS Suns Basketball Club 2017

For new players please click on the Membership/Registration tab for more general information.

This Summer competition you can enter as a team or individual.Individuals will be placed into teams, once their registration and fees are paid.Team requests with names must be sent to tss.suns@live.com.au and must have a minimum of 8 players, all players are to pay their own fees online, if players do not pay they will not be eligible to play. Team requests must be sent asap and fees paid online.

 Venues:

 The GCJBL will be predominantly played at the new Carrara Stadium and Tallebudgera Recreation Centre on Friday nights and at Carrara Indoor Sports Complex on Saturday mornings.

  *Please note that venues may be amended due to availability with the organisation of the Commonwealth Games.

 

Registration Cost:

Registration is online and closes on Friday September 15^th NO registrations will be accepted after this date, all payments need to be paid by this date

Returning Players who played in the Winter League 2017

If you are already registered until 31 December 2017 you do not need to register with GC/BQ you will only pay the TSS Suns Summer Season Club Fees $165.00 or (U9 $120).  

New Players not Registered

 In addition to the TSS Suns Summer Season Club fees players will have to pay an additional $50.00 to register with Gold Coast Basketball for coverage to 31 December 2017.

$165.00 plus $50.00 Total Summer Season Comp Cost $215.00

(U9 $120.00 plus $50.00 Total Summer Season Comp Cost $170.00.)  

The $50.00 Gold Coast Basketball registration link will be sent to you separately prior to the first game.

Gold Coast Basketball registration must be paid to take the court.

Uniform:

All players must wear plain navy blue shorts with no pockets or logos.

TSS Suns have included the cost of the hire of playing singlets for games. The playing singlets remain the property of the club and must be returned to the Team Manager after each game.

Training/Trials:

There is no grading or trials for returning players. However for NEW PLAYERS ONLY we are having trials and sign on day at TSS Centenary Centre on Friday 8 September between 3.45pm  to 5.45pm. All new players are encouraged to attend trials before registering as credit card charges will apply to any fees refunded.

All training will be held on Mondays at either TSS prep School for U9 and U11s or TSS Centenary Centre for U13’s and above. One hourly session per week will be allocated for each age group between 3.45pm to 5.45pm depending on coach’s requests.
