Race Night Charity Information

Mental illness has affected many young members of our small Robertson community. It is for this reason that Robertson Burrawang Rovers Soccer Club feels it is extremely important to support local youth mental health services and help to promote greater awareness locally.

The BDCU Children's Foundation raised money to fund the appointment of Kim Millard, a registered nurse for child and adolescent mental health liaison at Bowral & District Hospital, in 2014. They have pledged an ongoing financial commitment to keep this service available to local youths.

As part of our annual major fundraiser, Rovers Race Night on Saturday 30th July, we are raising money to help the BDCU Children's Foundation continue to fund Kim's position.

In building up to this event, we are asking for donations, no matter how big or small, aiming for a target of $2000 prior to the night. If you can lend a hand to help keep this vital service in the Southern Highlands, it would be much appreciated.

Please also forward this email to all of your friends and help share the page on Facebook.

That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand.
