It was written by current Washington Huskies Head Coach Mike Neighbors, who our very own Megan Moody was coached by for 3 years while at the University of Tulsa!! Coach Neighb's put this piece together while he was an assistant coach at Xavier University, but as you will read it has been worked on over many years.
