Constitution and Membership
Sharks Basketball Club is an Incorporated body under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and has adopted the Model Rules for an Incorporated Association as permitted under that Act.
Application for Membership is detailed in the Model Rules. Players and coaches do not automatically become members of the Club. Membership entitles a person to attend, be heard and vote at General Meetings of the Club.
There is no set fee for membership.
