YARRAMBAT JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB
If you are currently registered with Yarrambat Junior Football Club and wish to register for 2010:
· Complete the Yarrambat 2010 registration form
· Complete the Players and Parents Code of Conduct Form
· Return both with your payment by cheque of $165.00 to the address on the Yarrambat Registration form (you will find the links to the above documents below).
If you are currently registered with another Junior Football Club and wish to transfer to Yarrambat in 2010:
· Complete the Yarrambat 2010 registration form
· Complete the Players and Parents Code of Conduct Form
· Complete the NFL New Player/Transfer Form
· Return all forms with your payment by cheque of $165.00 to the address on the Yarrambat Registration form
If you are a new Player to Junior Football and wish to register at Yarrambat in 2010:
· Complete the Yarrambat 2010 registration form
· Complete the Players and Parents Code of Conduct Form
· Complete the NFL New Player/Transfer Form
· Attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport
· Return all forms with your payment by cheque of $165.00 to the address on the Yarrambat Registration form
Please note that for all new and first registrations to Yarrambat the registration fee includes a pair of home and away shorts and socks which can be picked up at the club at a date to be advised in early March.
As we are in summer season the Club is managed by the Cricket Club and we are waiting finals allocations prior to setting our 2nd registration date which will be in early March.
