Congratulations to Jarrod Shaw who played his 200th Club game yesterday in the close win against Thomastown. Jarrod is now the 17th player in the history of the LPFC to achieve this milestone.
Shawry made his senior debut in 2004 and played 93 games and kicked 40 goals, 89 reserves games kicking 54 goals and 17 U19s games with a total of 16 goals.
He has won two best and fairest at LPFC and played in the premiership side in 2011. He is hard running midfielder and a very skilled player. A great effort from a great bloke.
Congratulations also to Luke Bower who played his 150th club game yesterday. Luke joined the LPFC 10 years ago in 2008. He made his senior debut in 2013 and played 3 games, he played 105 games in the reserves and kicked 12 goals and in the under 19s he played 41 games with a total of 13 goals.
Luke has twice won the Coaches Award for the best team player which typfies the way he plays his footy - always for the team. Known for his strong tackling and aggressive attack on the ball, always willing to put his body on the line. Luke is a 'heart and soul' player of the reserves team. Well done mate.
