Mens Training will recommence Monday 11th Jan 6pm on the rugby ground.
We will be training Mondays and Wednesday’s for the next couple months there.
It’s very important we all get along, as we have lots to work on to become that dangerous team.
Women - Training recommences Mon 11 Jan on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 7.00pm. We'll warm-up first behind the Rugby posts at Sandy Bay Rd end.
We'll take the field when the guys finish around 7.20. Training will go to 8.15. Remember to bring a water bottle, footy boots and mouth guard.
