MOCFC wishes to advise all supporters our senior coach Heath Black has confirmed to the club he will not seek reappointment in 2016 due to family commitments.
With three young children including beautiful 1yo Zara Shay, Heath said it was disappointing not to go on with the plan in place with the club, however priorities determined that the appropriate time could not be devoted to the coaching role.
Heath has advised he would like to remain involved with the club in an off field capacity focusing on our youth program incorporating the affiliation with the Waverley Park Hawks and being part of a football subcommittee including recruiting.
The club wishes to thank Heath for his passion and dedication to the task, and being a truly great Mazenod clubman by staying involved and wanting to drive future success. The committee supports Heath’s decision and is also delighted to have Heath continue as part of the Mazenod team.
The committee will now commence the important task of searching for a new senior coach and will advise information in due course.
