The Bendigo Pioneers will be holding their first Intra-Club Practice match on Thursday Feb 4 at Epsom/Huntly. This match will provide further opportunities for our 'Rookie' Squad members to impress the coaches before Pre-Season. Main squad players will be attempting to find some touch and match practice before our first hit out on February 20 when the Pioneers take on the Calder cannons at Craigeburn.
The U/16's will play before the U/18 games at each Practice match. There will be two U/18 games played in these practice matches. The selectors ( Cameron Carter, Danny O'Bree and Denis Grinton) will be picking a number 1 and number 2 team with the number 1 team olaying in the second match each week.
