The Lismore Swans sponsored by the Richmond Hotel participated and worked hard as a team in Sunday’s Lismore Samson & fitness Challenge. Awesome foursome Morgan Hindry, Darren Moncrief, Michael Brown, and George Massa battled out against Lismore’s fittest in gruelling event held at Lismore’s Mortimor Oval. The boys tackled the sandbag carry, the 300km tyre flip, push prowler, 3km run, the swim, another 3km run, rowing and obstacle course in the Swans first and successful completion of the Samson Challenge. All participants worked hard together as a tight unit and never left a team mate behind. A very brave and solid effort by the boys who represented the Lismore Swans in the battle of the fittest, very proud of you boys!
