Well the Slayers were that relaxed strolling in and eating Black Cats, putting on borrowed boots! Who would of thought we were playing a Semi Final game.
We lost the toss and picked up the bat !
Through the whole game we were on task with our batting along with a few brilliant bunts !
Sarah was on fire with her Pitching, holding out the determined Fallen Angels. Many were slayed by those fast pitches.
Kylie was very cool and versatile on first taking many high and low balls.
Lightning Lindi backing up at 2nd.
Giddyup hurtling many a fast and curved ball from Shortie - even her chest helped out in one play!
Tommo was terrific catching to Sarah.
Meg magnificent on 3rd.
Liss legendary, Courageous Chelle, Sensational Shauna and calm KB working the Outfield.
We experienced deja vu of the last time we played the Fallen Angels with twice they had loaded bases and once again we closed them down both times "Awesome Slayers" !!!!
So with all our combined Terrific Talent we defeated the Fallen Angels 10-2 .
Still in awe of our awesome win!
