Basketball ACT whas now transitioned to a new competition and registration management system called Play HQ.

To be eligible for the Basketball ACT competitions all players must complete the required online registration form. You must have a valid email address to complete the online registration.

By clicking on the links below, this will register the player to the Gungahlin Flames Basketball Club. Any player who is transferring from another club to Flames will need to complete the registration form as per below, and then contact the GFBC directly so the club can keep a track of transfers.

This registration process and fee must be renewed every season.

 

Registration Steps for Juniors & Seniors: (Play HQ)

1) Registrations are only for confirmed players that have been placed in a team, please ensure you have contacted the club before registering.

2) Click on the relevent link below to register for the correct competitions:

3) For returning members verify your account by entering your valid email address, or for new members enter all the required details in the appropriate fields.

4) Play HQ can register multiple family members on the one account. Select whether you are registering yourself or someone else.

5) Follow the prompts to complete the role and participant details. 

6) Select registration fees:

• "BACT Fee". Please select the 6 month fee for the winter season.
• "GFBC Playing Fees". Please select the appropriate fee type.

7) The club will invoice players who do not pay the club playing fees online. Fees must be payable prior to competitions commencing. Please contact the club if you wish to arrange a payment plan.

8) Select product:

• "GFBC Playing Shorts". All players must wear the club playing shorts.
• "GFBC ". All other club merchandise is optional.

9) The club will contact individuals directly to arrange for sizing of all merchandise.

10) The club provides discounts to families with multiple children, and to coaches of junior teams. To obtain the discount codes please contact the club directly to complete your registration.
