Referees Information
South Burnett Referees
Referees in the South Burnett are controlled by South West Queensland Zone, but run locally by the Football South Burnett Referees Standing Committee. Our referees are permitted to referee anywhere in the SWQ Zone.
New and Existing referees are always needed. Courses are run anually, usually before the start of the season. You will have to purchase a uniform and register after doing the course but ongoing training is free. Referees are paid three times a year and funds transfered into your nominated bank account.
Our referees do training sessions once a month usually on a Monday evening. You will be expected to referee both Senior and Junior Matches.
