Sign-on for the 2014 season has started online and at the club.

We are at the Junior clubhouse every training night Monday to Thursday 6 pm to 8 pm.

We will also have a sign-on day Saturday 1 February 9 am to 2 pm.

Training has started for Seniors and Juniors 12 to 16 years old as follows:-

Senior Men & Under 18 teams: Tue & Thur 7.00pm-9.00pm.

Senior Women & Under 18 teams: Mon & Wed 7.00pm-8.30pm.

Under 16 boys/ girls mixed teams: Wed & Sat 4.30pm-6.00pm (January only)

Under 12 to 16 girls only teams: Monday & Wednesday 6.00pm-7.30pm.

Under 15 teams: Monday & Wednesday 6.00pm-7.30pm.

Under 14 teams: Tuesday & Thursday 6.00pm-7.30pm.

Under 13 teams: Monday & Wednesday 6.00pm-7.30pm.

Under 12 teams: Tuesday & Thursday 6.00pm-7.30pm.

Training for 6 to 11 year olds will start from Monday 10 February as per the information book.

Under 5 year olds will start the "Squirts" programme from Saturday 8 March 8.00 am to 9.00 am.
