Little Lions - 3 to Under 5 Years: For the very young we can introduce your child to our "World Game" in a fun, safe and enjoyable environment. The program involves combining exercise while teaching children the basics of football and participation in a team sport. Training and small organised games are held at our Windarra St grounds once a week. There are no competitive or weekend games for this age group and no commitments during the school holidays.

Under 6 to Under 12: Training is held at our grounds usually once a week and inter-club matches are held at Endeavour Park on Saturdays (not for points). Occasionally, games may be played at club grounds and, very occasionally, on Sundays.

Junior Competitive - Under 13 to Under 16: FQ Premier League (FQPL) and Division 1, 2: Training is held at our grounds twice per week. Some or all games in FQPL may be played home and away at clubs. Division 1 and 2 games are held at Endeavour Park with some games at clubs. Teams can proceed through to semis and finals.

Under 18 and over: These teams play under Leichhardt's senior club, Lecihhardt Lions FC Cairns, based at White Rock. Our players feed directly into and support the senior club. Contact details are: email - leichhardtfc@tpg.com.au; web - www.leichhardtfc.com.au.

An unvoidable 1.1%  surcharge applies to credit payments.

 2. Whilst we encourage the use of our Social Media pages, inappropriate use may see your membership revoked.

 3. All players, parents, team officials and supporters must adhere to the relevant Code of Conduct as outlined on our website.  Any actions that may bring the Club into disrepute may render the cancellation of the member's registration.

 4. As a Club, we are very conscious about our members (and the greater community's) health and safety.  Whilst we inspect the fields to ensure a safe environment to train and play on, it is still accessed by the public and everyone has an obligation to report and or remedy any health or safety concerns.  This can be done by advising volunteers at the Canteen on training days or emailing the Club.

 5. Unless otherwise expressly advised via email to ljsc.cns@secretary@gmail.com, we have permission to use electronic images of our members on our website and social media pages for promotional purposes.

 6. To acknowledge our generous sponsors, Club Playing Shirts/Strips (that belong to the club) are provided to all playing members to wear, shall be worn all games and other official functions as directed by the Club.

PARENTS CODE OF BEHAVIOUR

1. Encourage children to participate, do not force them.

2. Remember that organised sport is for children's enjoyment, not yours.

3. Focus on the child's efforts and performance rather than winning or losing.

4. Encourage players to always participate by the rules and an official's decision.

5. Never ridicule or yell at a child for making a mistake or losing a game.

6. Applaud good performance and efforts from each team. Congratulate all participants upon their performance regardless of the game’s outcome.

7. Remain outside the field of play and behind the Designated Spectator Area (where provided)/

8. Respect Match Official's decisions and teach children to do likewise. Respect for your team's opponents - without them there would be no game.

9. Let the coaches do their job and not confuse the players by telling them what to do.

10. Show appreciation of volunteer coaches, officials and administrators. Without them your child could not participate.

11. Support all efforts to remove all verbal and physical abuse from sporting activities. Never engage in, or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour.

12. Follow the reasonable directions of Ground officials.

13. There is a complaint procedure which you can use, please ask the ground official where you can fill in a report.

14. Abide by the Football Qld and FFA spectator codes of conduct.
