HCJBC is committed to devising and implementing policies so that everyone in sport accepts their responsibilities to safeguard children from harm and abuse. This means to follow procedures to protect children and report any concerns about their welfare to appropriate authorities.

Member Code of Conduct

The HCBC Constitution 2017 was voted on and pass at a Special General Meeting held on Saturday 24 June 2017 at Eagle Stadium.

Fees Policy 2017

The Club has a responsibility of collecting membership fees from each player to support the operational costs of fielding teams in the local Werribee Domestic Basketball Competition.

The fees cover a wide range of costs to the club; such as team registration, match fees, gym hire, insurance and much more.
