Another year of AFL matches is set to start when the 2015 season commences shortly. So it’s time to start thinking about AFL footy tipping. The NCCUA is running a Footy tipping competition again this year.
The entry fee is $10 payable to Borgy at training during the April school holidays or email Borgy for direct deposit details. All monies going into the prize pool which will be handed back to prize winners at the NCCUA presentation night. Entry fees will need to be paid by Round 6 of the AFL
The more people that we have enter and participate in the NCCUA’s footy tipping comp, the bigger prizes that can be handed out. Prize money will go to those who finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd and last place.
But like any competition there’s a twist this year with a few changes to add some variety to the competition. These include:
- For NOT entering your tip – you will receive the lowest tipped score for the round from the competitors who have entered their tips.
- There will be THREE (3) Joker rounds. The Joker doubles your score for your chosen round. So competitors will need to decide which rounds to play their Jokers.
- If you tip a Perfect Round you will receive a bonus point.
- The final FOUR (4) rounds will be blind rounds. In other words you will not be able to view the competition scores for these rounds.
Remember the more people than enter, the more fun and banter can occur and the bigger the prize pool money that is on the line.
