| Rules for Cup | |||||||||||
| All player must be registered player to Saints Fc only ( NO RING INS) | |||||||||||
| 7 a side and each team can have 4 subs total of 11 per team | |||||||||||
| unlimited subs but ball much go out of play | |||||||||||
| each game is 20 min halves with 5 mins for half time giving 15 mins between each games. Also extra break of 45 mins for lunch between last group game and semis | |||||||||||
| all players must wear boots and shin pads. | |||||||||||
| Yellow and Red card do apply. If given to yellows miss a match, if given Red (and you’re a dick head about it) out of the rest of the day. | |||||||||||
