Skilled Training Course for Female Coaches

As part of FFV’s ongoing growth and development of girls/women’s football, Gippsland will be hosting a ‘Skills Training Certificate Coaching Course’ for current and aspiring female coaches.

The course will be supported by FFV Women’s & Girls Development Officer Aisling Callaghan and delivered by Female Instructors. This will be a first for Gippsland and the course will be open to only Women & Girls (13 years and above).

It will also be a great opportunity to be part of an environment without judgment or prejudice and for Women & Girls to gain a better understanding of FFA’s National direction for female football.

The course focuses on  the Four Core Skills of football  - (Striking the Ball, 1 v 1, First Touch and Running with the Ball) and will be conducted over 2 days (Saturday 30th July & Saturday 6th August 2016).
