AGM News

AGM 2013 - 6th November.

New constitution approved.

All sporting clubs that are incorporated are required to amend their constitutions to satisfy the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 to avoid confusion to members as to what rules apply.

The FFV has made this mandatory for clubs playing in the 2014 season  introducing a compliance/approval process. Nillumbik Junior Soccer club has passed the compliance process.

With the constitution changes approved by FFV, club members then had to approve these changes by special resolution.

The special resolution to adopt a new constitution with these changes was approved at the 2013 AGM. The new constitution has been registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

 2014 Fees.

As passed at the AGM, fees for 2014 will remain unchanged.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
