Round 14 Wrap Up

Round 14 was all about Quality Control, Coach Paul, and the U13 Boys.

U14 Boys lost 6 - 0 away to Yarra Jets. Well what can Scoop say? Boys had their pants pulled down. We missed at least 4 goals. Just one of those days, first game they hadn’t scored in. Game just ran away from us.

U13 Boys won 6 – 0 away to Meadow Park. Boys were on a rampage. Peter gets a hat trick, and the team puts on a fast a thrilling brand of football. This was Coach Paul’s first outing with the Boys and they deliver in spades. Quality.

U13/14 Girls won 4 – 3 away to Melbourne Knights. You can get quality shoes, quality clothes, and quality teams like Melbourne Knights. So when a team goes to the oppositions gaff and puts in 4 quality goals, what should we call it? Well down Girls! Well done Coach Paul!

Small Sided did well.

U8's played away to Eltham. Just a short trip down the road, score a few goals and home for lunch. Well down Boys.

U10's were home to Essendon. With players away and injured this was a very good effort from our Boys. Still played they way we wanted to, with patches of brilliance.

U11's were away to Essendon. A great goal while under pressure, coming from brilliant team play and passing. Thanks Noah and Jack for helping with numbers. Greatness is just around the corner Team!
