Round 15 Wrap Up
Round 15 was Small Sided Round, doing our club proud..
U14 Boys lost 2 - 1 at home to Birrarung. Yes the spell checker read lined that name! Seriously, they are 3rd on the ladder, so a great result! The used European Handball skills to get a goal, but hey, that’s an Olympic Sport too, so we are o.k. with that..
U13 Boys lost 1 – 5 To North City. Boys looked like they were in this game, except for the 4 goals. Good quality game, Boys just seemed a bit flat from last week when they won. Could they be missing Kane?
U13/14 Girls won 1 – 0 away to Brunswick. Girls are still winning and playing very well. Most important it is still great fun to play in a tight knit team.
Small Sided went to Town.
U8's played home to Moreland. Moreland got a good look at the heels of our players all game. Scoop was blown away by the composure and team work of this green team.
U10's had the bye. Too bad they had to get out of bed for club photos, hey mum and dad?
U11's were home to Birrarung. Was this Mc Donald inspired? See what happens when coach puts the players on individual contracts? This was a great game, with very impressive two touch play. Well done !
