Proposed changes to Constitution
At our Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 13th October 2013 we advised members that to satisfy the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic) and avoid the confusion and inconsistency associated with failing to make these changes, we are required to update our Club constitution. We have adopted the FFV Model Club Constitution template (same as our current Constitution), but we have updated sections 9.2, 10.2, 11.4 and added Section 23 to accommodate our Executive and Sub committee structure.
Here is the proposed draft version of the new Watsonia Heights FC Constitution. Please review and let the WHFC Committee at Secretary@watsoniaheightssc.com or whjscpresident@gmail.com if you have any concerns about the new Constitution.
If there are no concerns or issues raised by October 31st, 2013 - we shall take this as acknowledgement that you as our Members have accepted these changes.
