| SSF PROCEDURE | ||||||||||
| In 2014 Moreland Zebras SSF Program will consist of U9,U10,U11 Age Groups | ||||||||||
| These age Groups will consist of 3 team per age group. | ||||||||||
| The division that these teams will play in is yet to be determined by FFV/FFA. Information | ||||||||||
| will be announced as soon as we receive information | ||||||||||
| It is Important that parents note the following information | ||||||||||
| Sunday 2nd of February | ||||||||||
| Registration/Information Day for Parents and Players | ||||||||||
| Player will take part in a introduction day - Assessments | ||||||||||
| All Players must Pre Register | ||||||||||
| Spots are limited per Age Group and Team | ||||||||||
| Under 9 Team 1 - 10 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 9 Team 2 - 10 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 9 Team 3 - 10 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 10 Team 1 - 12 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 10 Team 2 - 12 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 10 Team 3 - 12 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 11 Team 1 - 12 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 11 Team 2 - 12 spots | ||||||||||
| Under 11 Team 3 - 12 spots | ||||||||||
| This is a directive from the FFA/FFV | ||||||||||
| Players will be assessed and entered into correct Age Groups. | ||||||||||
| Team 1 Kangaroos Experienced players that have been playing for 2 years or more | ||||||||||
| These players may show a high technical ability and game sense | ||||||||||
| Team 2 Wallabies | Players with one year experience that need extra football development | |||||||||
| Team 3 Joeys | New players starting out and need time to develop | |||||||||
| Depending on the amount of players and current abilities Moreland Zebras could field more than | ||||||||||
| one team in each category as long as the age group is limited to three teams. | ||||||||||
| Example Under 9 Team 1 and 2 Kangaroo League, Team 3 Wallabies League | ||||||||||
| The final decision is made by the Football department of Moreland Zebras and will be communicated with parents | ||||||||||
| Assessments will take place for the following reasons. | ||||||||||
| 1.To collect information on the players current ability | ||||||||||
| 2.To work out the individual players strength and weaknesses | ||||||||||
| 3.To improve the players individual strength and weakness | ||||||||||
| place players in correct development teams for their individual benefit | ||||||||||
| 4.Assesments will take place three times a year beginning-middle and at the end of the season | ||||||||||
| so that we can give positive feedback on for the individual player is progressing | ||||||||||
| Players must Register | ||||||||||
| No player will take to the field for assessment unless is pre registered. | ||||||||||
| Players will be assessed and placed into correct teams | ||||||||||
| Once assessed and placed into teams Registration payment is due. | ||||||||||
| Failure to do this will result into the players spot being forfeit and offered to the next player | ||||||||||
| Once places are filled Moreland Zebras not take any further registrations | ||||||||||
