MID SEASON REVIEW – BASL JUNIOR COMPETITIONS
As we near the halfway point of the BASL Junior Competitions, time to look at all teams that give everything on the field. Looking forward to the second half of the season
UNDER 16A – Undefeated in all competitions this season. Not always large wins, but doing effort to maintain the perfect season they have set up.
UNDER 14A – A difficult league cup opening series with close losses. Currently second on goal different in the Championship as they start to hit their straps
UNDER 14B – Like the 16’s currently undefeated. Strong showing continues are they look to March towards the double – Championship and League Cup winners
UNDER 12A – Promoted from the 12B’s just before the season started, going along well with 5 from 6 and third only on goal difference, proving their can compete in the A section. Sit atop the 12B league Cup standings.
UNDER 12B – With an average age close to 10 and all in their first competitive season, this team continues to improve week by week and have etched a couple of strong wins. Will only improve as the season goes on.
