Step 1 - Understand the key dates
Registrations close on Friday 5th April
Games start on Saturday 4th May (the first week for term 2)
The final match will be played on Saturday 7nd September. U16-U18 finals on 14th Sep.
Teams will be rostered to have their photos across two Saturdays - 18th May and 1st June.
Step 2 - Understand age groups
WMFC runs teams in Open (mixed) and Girls competitions in the U12 to U18 age groups.
For the 2024 season, Junior players are those born between 2006 and 2012.
Players should generally register for the age which they are turning in 2022. If your child wishes to play in a different age group please confirm with their Coach before registering.

Unless otherwise arranged with the Junior Chair (junior_chair@wmfc.org.au), all payments must be made via PlayFootball.
Coaches and managers
Note that all coaches and managers for U12-18 Junior teams are required to register in PlayFootball ($0). Please check your Working with Vulnerable People card is current (or apply for one) before you register. (Also coach discounts next year will only be issued to the registered coach of the team.

Step 4 - Get ready to play!
Your Coach or Team Manager will provide information about training.
Draws will be available on the Capital Football Dribl fixtures page nearer the start of the season.
